Everybody knows that Jammed from Karak is the most famous ans highest quality worldwide . 

Karaki Jameed is produced from fresh Awassi sheep milk at spring season only.

Only in this season because sheep’s milk is most painful.

Is used in several dishes such as Fatta, Mahashi and  Mansaf, the latter also being the national dish of Jordan. 

Also in other dishes such as Kouso Mahshi,blabaniyyeh, Majalaleh, Rashoaf, Madgoga and er- Rgoge.
