Our yellow Ghee is made in old fashion way by the women staff of Al-Karak. produced from fresh AWASSI’s sheep milk. 

Made with neutral herbs – Natural Flavors –  added to it (Curcuma ,Powdered Wheat ,Mellitus ,Chamomile ,  Nigella Sativa, Artemisia)

Our yellow Ghee is easier to digest because is low in fat, has high smoking point and doesn’t burn easily like other fats. Fatty acids present in Ghee, act as antiviral and protect from tumors and cancers if consumed in moderate amount. 

Clarified butter Ghee increases the appetite, because Ghee stimulates gastric acid which results in the better digestion.
